I was looking for cast iron in which the National 12 and profound. This is one deep! It measures 3.5 “deep full. Enamel look pretty well. I’m familiar with the line of Mario Batali cast iron cookware, as I said earlier has a 6 qt. Pot of cast iron, enamel painted brown. This is general did not disappoint me either. You’re not familiar with texture enamel matte at home for this pan. as you expect it to be just cast iron normal. but I prefer the texture matte. It is not raw cast iron. so it does not need seasoning, and it will not rust. should get more non-stick and use it. But beware, you can not cook eggs on this right away, and we expect them not stick.
